From the moment you submit your enquiry form, to the minute your order arrives, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

The Pinpoint Process

We are proud to display a fully transparent pricing structure, including up-front delivery and collection costs. Unlike other hire equipment companies, we prefer to steer away from surcharges.

Contact Us

Upon receipt of your telephone call, email or website enquiry form, we will email you a booking form for your exact requirements. This will include your details, event dates, full venue address and an event contact name and telephone number.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of all information, we send you a quote. Once confirmed, we forward an invoice for payment. We book a collection our trusted couriers and prepare your order. Please allow as much notice as possible, particularly for far flung locations.

Delivery & Collection
We prefer to deliver your order 1-2 days in advance of your event, and will collect the following working day. Hire costs are only for the actual days of your event, not whilst your order is in transit.
Damage Control
To keep our display boards in the best condition, we check each order upon return. If boards are returned dirty or damaged, you could incur a surcharge. Nb: this rarely happens!
